OUR PURCHASING PROCESS

PHASE 1. DESIGN/DRAFTING

Get started today by filling out a quote request, giving us a call, or submitting your own building design for a free 15-minute consultation! We’ll design your steel building and present it for approval within just 7 business days in most cases. Our design fee includes up to five revisions to ensure it’s perfect. Plus, through our network of top-notch General Contractors and industry partners, we can match you with one of our Preferred Installers who specialize in metal building erection and finishing. Don’t wait—let’s bring your dream project to life.

PHASE 2. ENGINEERING

Once your design is approved, we proceed to the engineering phase for your welded I-beam or cold-formed steel building. At this stage, we formalize the contract and submit your building for fabrication at our factory. While your components are being manufactured, we assist you in maintaining your project timeline by guiding you through the permit acquisition process, completing site work, and managing the pouring and forming of your concrete slab, piers, or perimeter footer. Adhering to these key milestones ensures a smooth and timely construction process.

PHASE 3. FABRICATION

Your welded I-beam or cold-formed steel building will be expertly engineered, produced, and delivered in just a few short weeks! (in most cases) If you choose to go with our preferred installers, they’ll be on-site and ready to offload your materials the moment they arrive from the factory, ensuring a seamless and speedy construction process. Get ready to see your vision come to life faster than you ever imagined!

PHASE 4. DELIVERY/ERECTION

We’re dedicated to providing seamless coordination with our Preferred Installers and partners to kickstart the erection of your new structure. Our comprehensive support covers every phase, ensuring top-notch efficiency and cost-effectiveness throughout your steel building’s construction. With a robust network of reliable, vetted vendors—from concrete specialists to door and stall suppliers—we streamline the entire process, guaranteeing a smooth and hassle-free experience for you.
